TRANQUILITY POLICY/AGREEMENT

Girizolin hotel and Suites is a hotel that takes the safety, comfort, security and tranquility of all guests and residents seriously. We are committed to ensuring that the Providence Hotel and Suites experience is relaxing and enjoyable for all.  In accordance with this objective, the underlisted  Tranquility Agreement is in place at all times.

ROOM KEY CARD POLICY

Lost or Misplaced Key Card Attracts a Charge of Five Thousand Naira (₦5000.00).

ROOM CAPACITY POLICY

The maximum capacity per room is two persons. Variation of this term attracts additional charges.

GUARANTEE POLICY

A credit card or ATM Card is required at the time of booking Online to guarantee the reservation.

CHECK IN POLICY

• Check In Time is 12 noon
• Check Out Time is 12 Noon

PET POLICY

NO PET ALLOWED.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•    Cancellation 24Hrs or More prior to arrival will attracts 10% Charge
•    Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date and have not cancelled their reservation in advance, will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Special Request are not Automatic or Guaranteed but are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests at check in on the day of arrival.
